Kayla joined Northwest Health Foundation as the Team Support Manager in October 2023. In this role, she is the go-to person for all logistical support for NWHF’s president & CEO, board of directors, and program and administrative teams.

Before her role at NWHF, Kayla served as the events and campaign program manager at Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation where she spearheaded fundraising initiatives benefiting the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, a federally qualified health center delivering essential healthcare services in Washington County and Yamhill County. Before that, Kayla served as a business analyst at AlohaCare, the only nonprofit health plan founded by Hawaii’s community health centers, exclusively dedicated to those eligible for Hawaii's Medicaid and Medicare programs.

Kayla was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i. She graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in business management. Beyond her professional life, she's all about concerts, outdoor adventures, trying out new eateries and venturing into a new crafting project.
